As a state-owned enterprise (SOE) operating in the construction sector, ADHI carries out its duties and core functions across four (4) business lines as follows:

1. Engineering & Construction
Engages in projects within the Engineering & Construction segment, including civil infrastructure, building construction, station works, roads and railway bridges, industrial and petrochemical works, electrical, telecommunications, oil and gas, agro-industry, as well as mechanical and electrical works.

2. Property & Hospitality
Operates in the property segment through its subsidiaries, focusing on developing Transit-Oriented Development (TOD)-based residential designs, high-rise buildings, landed houses, and commercial properties.

3. Manufacturing
Conducts business in the production of precast concrete.

4. Investment and Concessions
Operates within the Investment and Concessions segment through Private Project Partnership (PPP) or Public-Private Partnership (PPP) schemes. This is achieved via independent capital investments by the Company or through the establishment of joint ventures.
