[DELOITTE] Evolving Risk Management in the Age of Uncertainty and & Enterprise Resilience

The moderator opened the discussion by exploring how resilience should influence capital allocation and governance decisions. The speakers emphasized that resilience cannot sit outside investment decisions and must be embedded in how organizations compare alternatives, especially when capital is scarce. Strong governance ensures that boards understand the assumptions behind risk models, so that models do not drive decisions on their own without proper accountability. The discussion concluded that AI should empower decision-making under human oversight, transparent governance, and resilient organizational DNA.
