The moderator opened the discussion by exploring how resilience should influence capital allocation and governance decisions. The speakers emphasized that resilience cannot sit outside investment decisions and must be embedded in how organizations compare alternatives, especially when capital is scarce. The discussion concluded that AI should empower decision-making under human oversight, transparent governance, and resilient organizational DNA.
